Established in 2014, Limitless Media Collective is a digital agency based in Geelong made up of designers, developers, and performers. LMC Consulting helps residential and commercial customers access a broad range of digital and technology services from one point of contact.

What services do you offer?

We are a full service consulting company offering practical support across technology, websites, design, data, audio and visual systems, device repair, networking, remote support, and business systems. If your work depends on digital tools or connected equipment, we can usually help you plan, repair, improve, or build what is needed.

Who do you work with?

We work with small to medium businesses and not for profit organisations that need clear, practical support. Our clients often need help with technology decisions, service delivery, digital systems, or specialist work that does not make sense to manage entirely in house.

Where are you located?

We are based here in Geelong and travel Australia wide to provide our services where they are needed. Some work can be completed remotely, and some work is best handled on site. We will help you choose the option that suits the job.

How do I contact you?

If you do not have an account, you can contact us at any time using the contact form . If you already have an account, you can still use the contact form or sign in and use the account tools available to you.

How do I request a quote?

If you do not have an account, you can request a quote through the contact form. Include as much detail as you can about what you need, and we’ll get back to you with the right next step as soon as possible.

Are quotes free?

Yes. Unless otherwise specified, quotes are free. Any costs are explained up front before they apply, so you can decide whether you want to continue before any charges are made.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes, we offer consultations to understand your needs, talk through options, and help shape a practical path forward. When you book a consultation, all fees and charges will be explained up front.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept digital payments through Stripe and cash payments where that is practical for the work being delivered. Any payment timing, deposit requirements, and invoice details will be explained before work begins.

How do I create a new customer account?

Use the Sign Up page to create a customer account when you are ready to start a project, request work, or manage your details with LMC.

How do I log in to my account?

Use the Login page to access your account tools, project details, and any customer areas available to you.

How do I log out of my account?

On desktop, open the account menu in the main navigation and choose Log Out. On mobile, tap the menu button in the header, open the account menu, then choose Log Out. Once you log out, account areas will no longer be available until you sign in again.
